Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package's journey.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship within the United States only using USPS or UPS.

Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days after your order has shipped. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.
Weather & Heat Sensitivity
Our candles are handcrafted with a coconut apricot blend, making them sensitive to extreme heat. During the summer months (May–September), we take extra precautions to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition:
- Shipping Schedule: Orders containing candles will only ship on Monday and Tuesday to prevent packages from sitting in hot carrier warehouses over the weekend.
- Carrier Responsibility: We are not responsible for candles left in hot mailboxes or on porches for extended periods. We highly recommend tracking your package and retrieving it immediately upon delivery.
- Cosmetic Imperfections: High temperatures may cause minor "sweating" (oil droplets on the surface). This does not affect the burn or scent of your candle.

If your order is lost, damaged in transit, or you have any shipping-related concerns, please contact us at hello@wanderpeaksandpines.com within 7 days of your expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
